ReadToLead's mission is to turn unallocated time into educational moments by providing a mobile app that allows users to listen to and read summaries of books and articles. Launched in 2022 in Egypt with a team of 20 members, ReadToLead aimed to offer an engaging and efficient way for users to consume knowledge on the go.

The Solution

Conducted an analysis of the existing infrastructure and developed a strategic plan to transition to a scalable cloud-based architecture. Migrated ELKheta’s infrastructure to AWS, utilizing EC2 for computing, RDS for database storage, and S3 for data retrieval. Configured auto-scaling and load balancing for optimal performance, and implemented AWS CloudWatch for continuous health and performance monitoring.
